Many donors don’t really know how the money they give is used or what impact their philanthropy is having for the Kingdom—but they want to know. That’s why we’ve created a process to ensure accountability around how funds are used and the impact being made.

How it works.
In partnership with the ministry, a KCG Project Manager works with the ministry to establish measurable milestones along a co-determined timeline. A milestone could be around an organizational process (such as financial statements being audited) or projected impact (such as five churches being planted). Each milestone is clearly defined to prevent confusion and given a deadline agreed upon by both the ministry and the client. Funding is then tied to the successful completion of these milestones, with the ministry providing periodic status reports to KCG and KCG reporting back to the client.

Why it works.
The key to efficiency and effectiveness is accountability. It’s just human nature—people do better work when someone is watching. And donors are likely to give more when they know how their gift is being used and what impact their donation is having on the Kingdom.
